progressiva per a la plantilla d\u2019origen Bankia<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n\n<div style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;line-height:1.6\">\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Despr\u00e9s de cinc anys, a l\u2019abril, finalitzar\u00e0 l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 progressiva i l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 al pla de pensions passar\u00e0 al 7,5 % del Salari Pensionable (l\u2019any anterior era del 5,75 %). Si l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen era superior, aquesta es mant\u00e9 segons l\u2019ALI de Bankia. Fins al mar\u00e7 es continuar\u00e0 aplicant l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 progressiva.\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Tal com sabeu, CC.OO. vam aconseguir en aquest conveni que la pujada salarial no estigui subjecta a l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 progressiva. Per fer-ho, en l\u2019acord d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del Conveni a CaixaBank es va establir el mecanisme a utilitzar. Aquest consistia b\u00e0sicament a anar actualitzant la garantia salarial (la retribuci\u00f3 fixa bruta garantida) amb el % de revisi\u00f3 salarial, al nivell retributiu que es percebi i sobre els conceptes salarials de percepci\u00f3 mensual de naturalesa revisable, i que estiguin subjectes a adequaci\u00f3 progressiva i\/o homologaci\u00f3 salarial.\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Aix\u00f2 ha provocat modificacions d\u2019aquesta garantia salarial durant el 2025 respecte a la garantia salarial a 31-12-2024. Doncs b\u00e9, amb data 31-12-2025 es consolida a nivell personal l\u2019import de la garantia salarial segons el nivell consolidat i els conceptes revisables percebuts en aquesta data.\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    I sempre sense oblidar el que diu l\u2019acord laboral d\u2019integraci\u00f3 de Bankia:\n    <em>\u201cEn qualsevol cas, es garanteix que, durant el per\u00edode d\u2019adequaci\u00f3 progressiva, les persones treballadores percebran com a m\u00ednim la retribuci\u00f3 establerta en el Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 en cada moment a CaixaBank considerant els conceptes de l\u2019esmentat Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu: salari base, pagues extres, aix\u00ed com el Complement de Resid\u00e8ncia \u2014quan correspongui\u2014 per a cadascun dels Nivells, sense que aquesta retribuci\u00f3 pugui ser compensada pel \u2018Complement personal triennis\u2019.\u201d<\/em>\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Si s\u2019estigu\u00e9s percebent aquest m\u00ednim de Conveni, davant la nostra reclamaci\u00f3 a la Direcci\u00f3, vam aconseguir que sigui sobre aquest m\u00ednim de Conveni sobre el qual s\u2019apliqui la revisi\u00f3 Vam reclamar a la Direcci\u00f3 que s\u2019apliqu\u00e9s el que estableix el Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu i que aquest pagament addicional s\u2019efectu\u00e9s, quan es dispos\u00e9s de tota la informaci\u00f3 (el ROE de l\u2019any anterior), el mateix mes en qu\u00e8 es merita i es liquida el trienni. els anys 2024 i 2050, l\u2019increment de la Base M\u00e0xima de Cotitzaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 anual i estar\u00e0 referenciat al tancament de l\u2019IPC + l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019un diferencial de l\u20191,2 %.\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    L\u2019any 2026, la Base M\u00e0xima de Cotitzaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 5.101,20 \u20ac (l\u2019any 2025, 4.909,32 \u20ac).\n  <\/p>\n  <h3 style=\"margin:10px 0;color:#009ad8\">Qu\u00e8 suposa un augment de les Bases de Cotitzaci\u00f3?<\/h3>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Si es cotitza m\u00e9s, la Pensi\u00f3 de Jubilaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s elevada, sempre que l\u2019import resultant no sigui superior al determinat com a Pensi\u00f3 M\u00e0xima.\n  <\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin:0 0 14px\">\n    Aquest increment
