has-primary-color\">Reivindiquem que s&#8217;aboni a cada entitat un pagament extraordinari pels beneficis de 2025 <\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><em>A m\u00e9s, des de CCOO seguirem abordant i reivindicant el 2026-2027:<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Una negociaci\u00f3 ambiciosa del Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu i la seva aplicaci\u00f3 a CaixaBank.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Mesures estructurals d\u2019increment salarial.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> <strong>Millora del clima laboral.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li has-primary-color\">+<\/mark> Temps per viure.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les primeres estimacions de mercat situen el benefici conjunt de 2025 de la Banca cotitzada de l&#8217;Ibex 35 en <strong>33.408 milions d&#8217;euros, amb un increment del 5 % i un nou r\u00e8cord hist\u00f2ric. <\/strong>Les projeccions de beneficis del passat exercici del conjunt del conjunt del sector apunten en aquesta mateixa l\u00ednia, igual que la previsi\u00f3 per a 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>En aquest context de beneficis r\u00e8cord, des de CCOO reivindiquem abordar durant el 2026 a cada empresa, i tamb\u00e8 en la futura negociaci\u00f3 dels Convenis Sectorials de 2027, que <strong>es reverteixin aquests beneficis en aquells que els fan possibles: les plantilles, el principal actiu del sector<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Amb mesures estructurals<\/mark><\/strong> d\u2019increment salarial, millora dels salaris d&#8217;entrada i eliminaci\u00f3 de les desigualtats internes, regulaci\u00f3 objectiva del salari variable, carrera professional, m\u00e9s plantilla, relleu generacional i <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">+ TEMPS PER VIURE<\/mark><\/strong>, en la l\u00ednia de la campanya reivindicativa espec\u00edfica que ja hem posat en marxa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Amb l&#8217;abonament, a cada empresa, d&#8217;un pagament extraordinari pels beneficis de 2025, a concretar amb la RLPT (<\/mark> <strong>Representaci\u00f3 Legal de les Persones Treballadores<\/strong><\/strong> ) <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">, com una forma concreta de \u201cPaga de Beneficis\u201d.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquestes l\u00ednies situarem les nostres reivindicacions sectorials i a cada empresa durant les properes setmanes, a mesura que es vagin
