class=\"has-inline-color has-base-color\">En la reuni\u00f3 del <strong>CUSSL<\/strong> celebrada avui, <strong>CCOO hem tornat a exigir la negociaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un Protocol d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 davant de cat\u00e0strofes i fen\u00f2mens clim\u00e0tics adversos.<\/strong><br> Una reivindicaci\u00f3 que portem plantejant des de febrer de 2024 i l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de la qual va motivar la nostra <strong>den\u00fancia davant<\/strong> la<\/mark> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/es\/zona\/estatales\/ccoo-denuncia-a-caixabank-falta-protocolo-ante-alertas-meteorologicas\/\">\ud83d\udc49Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball el passat 6 de febrer.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La successi\u00f3 d&#8217;<strong>episodis recents<\/strong> (DANA a Val\u00e8ncia, inundacions a Andalusia, forts vents a Catalunya) evidencia que no estem davant de situacions a\u00efllades, sin\u00f3 davant d&#8217;una <strong>realitat recurrent<\/strong>, que exigeix regles clares i garanties per a <strong>la plantilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Sense un protocol negociat amb la RLPT:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">No existeixen <strong>instruccions clares<\/strong> i homog\u00e8nies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es generen <strong>missatges contradictoris.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es produeixen situacions d&#8217;incertesa i <strong>pressi\u00f3 innecess\u00e0ria<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>resposta<\/strong> davant d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncies queda al <strong>criteri conjuntural <\/strong>en lloc d&#8217;estar regulada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La plantilla no sap com procedir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa laboral \u00e9s clara: aquest tipus de mesures s&#8217;han de negociar amb la representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores. <strong>La negativa a obrir una taula de negociaci\u00f3 no elimina l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 legal de fer-ho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>La Direcci\u00f3 ens ha facilitat per fi el seu protocol i est\u00e0 en disposici\u00f3 d&#8217;escoltar les nostres propostes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><a href=\"La Direcci\u00f3 ha rebutjat abordar el seu impacte en la plantilla\">Rodalies: La Direcci\u00f3 ha rebutjat abordar el seu impacte a la plantilla.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ha rebutjat incloure en l&#8217;ordre del dia la greu afectaci\u00f3 que la crisi del servei de <strong>Rodalies a Catalunya<\/strong> est\u00e0 generant en la salut i en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del treball de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de <strong>CCOO hem reiterat mesures concretes<\/strong>, plenament emmarcades en la Llei 31\/1995 de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals, que obliga l&#8217;empresa a protegir la salut f\u00edsica i psicosocial de les persones treballadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Flexibilitat en els horaris<\/strong> d&#8217;entrada i sortida per a totes les persones afectades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat de <strong>teletreball total o parcial<\/strong> en aquells llocs que ho permetin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar <strong>places de p\u00e0rquing<\/strong> en els edificis on se&#8217;n disposi per a qui ho necessiti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguirem insistint en solucions que responguin a una problem\u00e0tica que no pot seguir tractant-se com una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 individual, sin\u00f3 com un <strong>risc organitzatiu que requereix mesures col\u00b7lectives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"> <strong>Altres assumptes plantejats al CUSSL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre altres temes a tractar en l&#8217;ordre del dia, tamb\u00e9 hem proposat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Testamentaries, estr\u00e8s laboral i sobrec\u00e0rrega de treball.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polsera tipus protecci\u00f3 s\u00e8nior per a empleats i empleades d&#8217;oficines S1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un representant de <strong>Negoci<\/strong> a les reunions del Comit\u00e8, at\u00e8s que moltes de les mesures proposades queden supeditades a la seva aprovaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Situaci\u00f3 dels <strong>patinets el\u00e8ctrics<\/strong> (plantejat ja al CUSSL de 10\/07\/25 i encara sense soluci\u00f3 per part de la
