Tanmateix, continuem observant que aquests informes sovint <strong>es queden en el terreny del discurs i del m\u00e0rqueting corporatiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La representaci\u00f3 legal de les persones treballadores <strong>no participa en la seva elaboraci\u00f3 ni \u00e9s considerada com a grup d\u2019inter\u00e8s rellevant,<\/strong> malgrat representar una part essencial de la realitat de l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, la situaci\u00f3 laboral <strong>no ha millorat en aspectes clau com la pressi\u00f3 comercial, la sobrec\u00e0rrega de treball o el clima laboral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, CCOO mant\u00e9 la mateixa posici\u00f3 que l\u2019any passat i <strong>vota en contra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La responsabilitat social tal com reflecteix tamb\u00e9 l\u2019enquesta realitzada a la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentrestant, <strong>es continuen incrementant els incentius i les retribucions de l\u2019alta direcci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una entitat amb beneficis r\u00e8cord i una r\u00e0tio d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia inferior al 40%, <strong>hi ha marge per millorar les condicions de treball.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Per aix\u00f2, <strong>CCOO votar\u00e0 en contra de la gesti\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el percentatge del benefici destinat a dividends ens semblava excessiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest any la proposta <strong>eleva el repartiment a prop del 60% del benefici net, <\/strong>augmentant encara m\u00e9s el <em>payout<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO considerem que<strong> una part m\u00e9s gran dels beneficis s\u2019hauria de destinar a millorar les condicions de la plantilla, <\/strong>especialment en un moment en qu\u00e8 s\u2019estan produint mobilitzacions per la pressi\u00f3 comercial i la sobrec\u00e0rrega de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Per coher\u00e8ncia amb la nostra posici\u00f3 en anys anteriors, <strong>CCOO s\u2019abstindr\u00e0 en per al Consell<\/strong>, amb una remuneraci\u00f3 propera als <strong>1,6 milions per a la presid\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s dels sistemes de retribuci\u00f3 variable associats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 es planteja en un context en qu\u00e8 la plantilla continua denunciant <strong>pressi\u00f3 comercial, sobrec\u00e0rrega de treball i deteriorament del clima laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, la direcci\u00f3 ha impulsat en les \u00faltimes setmanes <strong>una campanya de recollida de delegacions de vot a les oficines per donar suport a aquests acords,<\/strong> una pr\u00e0ctica que des de CCOO hem denunciat p\u00fablicament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Per coher\u00e8ncia amb la nostra posici\u00f3 en anys anteriors i amb la situaci\u00f3 actual de la
