Posem data i hora&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El passat 27 de mar\u00e7, a la Junta General d\u2019Accionistes, des de CCOO vam dir en veu alta el que la plantilla fa temps que suporta:<br>La <strong>pressi\u00f3<\/strong>, les <strong>c\u00e0rregues de treball<\/strong> i el <strong>deteriorament del clima laboral<\/strong> a CaixaBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La <strong>resposta del CEO<\/strong> va incloure un missatge que, sobre el paper, compartim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cComparteixo la voluntat de dialogar<\/strong>, la nostra porta ha estat, est\u00e0 i estar\u00e0 sempre oberta\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO ens reiterem: <strong>estarem en el pacte\u2026 o, en el seu defecte, en el conflicte<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 la <strong>plantilla<\/strong> ja ha parlat.<br>I ho ha fet de forma inequ\u00edvoca, amb <strong>m\u00e9s del 90% de les oficines tancades<\/strong> en la jornada de vaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CEO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUn estudi d\u2019opini\u00f3 indica una forta millora de la satisfacci\u00f3 de la plantilla\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">CCOO:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pregunta \u00e9s inevitable:<br><strong>Com s\u2019expliquen, doncs, les mobilitzacions hist\u00f2riques del 3F, 9M i 27M?<\/strong> Les primeres motivades pel clima laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CEO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn els \u00faltims 5 anys hem superat el 100% dels objectius comercials\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">CCOO:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>A quin preu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 darrere de cada objectiu complert hi ha persones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aquestes persones estan dient <strong>prou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CEO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201cTenim les millors remuneracions dels nostres competidors cotitzats\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">CCOO:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dades p\u00fabliques no apunten exactament en aquesta direcci\u00f3.<br> I, en tot cas, el debat no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s quant es cobra,<br> sin\u00f3 <strong>en quines condicions es treballa per aconseguir-ho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CEO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8220;Volem que hi hagi autonomia i bones formes.
