Despr\u00e9s de la seva pr\u00f2rroga al desembre, els aven\u00e7os continuen sense arribar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de <strong>CCOO insistim<\/strong> a desbloquejar q\u00fcestions clau com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> <strong>Protocol de Trasllats<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> <strong>Millores de conciliaci\u00f3 a Store i Connecta<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Les dades ho confirmen, la <strong>conciliaci\u00f3 continua recaient majorit\u00e0riament en dones<\/strong> i persisteixen d\u00e8ficits de representaci\u00f3 en \u00e0rees com a banca d&#8217;empreses o banca privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"> <strong>Propostes de CCOO:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un aquesta setmana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ampliaci\u00f3 dels permisos de reducci\u00f3 de jornada per a fills i filles menors de 12 anys en oficines <strong>HLS (Store i Connecta)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> Que es permeti afegir els 5 dies del perm\u00eds de lact\u00e0ncia fins als <strong>12 mesos<\/strong>
