L&#8217;acord adapta aquesta nova realitat <strong>garantint protecci\u00f3 i cobertura<\/strong> durant el per\u00edode transitori d&#8217;<strong>adaptaci\u00f3 o recol\u00b7locaci\u00f3<\/strong> a CaixaBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En concret, durant els 3 mesos previstos per valorar l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball o la continu\u00eftat laboral, la persona treballadora mant\u00e9 l&#8217;<strong>acc\u00e9s<\/strong> a les <strong>cobertures de risc del Pla de Pensions<\/strong>, evitant buits de protecci\u00f3 en un moment especialment delicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">A m\u00e9s, aquesta garantia tindr\u00e0 efectes <strong>retroactius<\/strong> des de l&#8217;<strong>1 !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">CCOO hem aconseguit incorporar una <strong>nova prestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;orfandat<\/strong> per a <strong>fills i filles amb discapacitat<\/strong> reconeguda abans dels 25 anys, una cobertura que fins ara no existia al Pla de Pensions de CaixaBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La millora estableix una <strong>protecci\u00f3 addicional<\/strong> en funci\u00f3 del grau de discapacitat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Discapacitat reconeguda <strong>entre el 33% i el 64%:<\/strong> s&#8217;abona <strong>1 anualitat addicional<\/strong> de salari pensionable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Discapacitat <strong>igual o superior al 65%, o situacions d&#8217;incapacitat permanent absoluta o gran incapacitat<\/strong> : s&#8217;abonaran <strong>2 anualitats addicionals.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Es tracta d&#8217;una <strong>millora social<\/strong> especialment important, impulsada per la part social durant la negociaci\u00f3, que busca donar major <strong>protecci\u00f3 a fam\u00edlies<\/strong> que afronten situacions d&#8217;<strong>especial els seus drets consolidats<\/strong> amb origen en aportacions empresarials que mantinguin en el Fons de Pensions i, si escau, en les P\u00f2lisses d&#8217;Excessos Fiscals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en el cas que es generin 4 o m\u00e9s anualitats, <strong>es podr\u00e0 decidir lliurement la destinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un m\u00ednim de 2 anualitats.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mesura introdueix <strong>m\u00e9s flexibilitat<\/strong> i adapta el pla a <strong>realitats familiars cada vegada m\u00e9s diverses<\/strong>: parelles no registrades, fam\u00edlies reconstitu\u00efdes, persones dependents o situacions personals que moltes vegades no encaixen en els esquemes tradicionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acord mant\u00e9 a m\u00e9s <strong>garanties per a les prestacions de vidu\u00eftat i orfandat<\/strong>, aplicant l\u00edmits i proporcionalitat per preservar la protecci\u00f3 dels beneficiaris legals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Amb aquesta modificaci\u00f3, <strong>el Pla de Pensions guanya capacitat de decisi\u00f3 personal i es modernitza <\/strong>per respondre millor a les necessitats reals de la plantilla, sense afectar el sistema prestacional existent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div exced\u00e8ncies dins del Grup CaixaBank<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">L&#8217;acord <strong>regula la situaci\u00f3<\/strong> de les persones treballadores que passin a una altra <strong>empresa del Grup CaixaBank<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant una exced\u00e8ncia especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fins ara, aquesta situaci\u00f3 generava dubtes sobre com quedaven els seus drets dins del sistema de previsi\u00f3 social. Amb la nova regulaci\u00f3, <strong>aquestes persones passaran a la situaci\u00f3 de &#8220;part\u00edcips en suspens&#8221;<\/strong> dins del Pla de Pensions d&#8217;Ocupaci\u00f3 de CaixaBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la pr\u00e0ctica, aix\u00f2 significa que <strong>conservaran els seus drets consolidats<\/strong> dins del PPEC mentre desenvolupin la seva activitat a l&#8217;empresa de dest\u00ed del Grup, <strong>sense perdre la protecci\u00f3 acumulada<\/strong> fins a aquell moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, podran adherir-se volunt\u00e0riament al pla de pensions de l&#8217;empresa de dest\u00ed, mantenint aix\u00ed cobertura dins del sistema de previsi\u00f3 social del Grup CaixaBank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els drets consolidats <strong>romandran protegits<\/strong> i <strong>no podran mobilitzar-se<\/strong> mentre duri la situaci\u00f3 de suspensi\u00f3, <strong>recuperant plenament la seva operativa<\/strong> en retornar a CaixaBank o en extingir-se la relaci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mesura aporta <strong>seguretat jur\u00eddica i protegeix la continu\u00eftat dels drets socials<\/strong> en els processos de mobilitat interna dins del Grup.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Un acord negociat, no imposat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO <strong>hem aconseguit incorporar millores addicionals <\/strong>que no venien exigides per la normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Especialment importants s\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> <strong>La nova cobertura d&#8217;orfandat per a fills i filles amb discapacitat<\/strong> . <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> <strong>La lliure designaci\u00f3 de beneficiaris.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>La <strong>protecci\u00f3 sense llacunes temporals<\/strong> en situacions d&#8217;Incapacitat class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Aquest Acord no tanca el debat sobre Previsi\u00f3 Social a CaixaBank. <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u2019<strong>Acord<\/strong>, <strong>CCOO<\/strong> ha aconseguit que es deixi const\u00e0ncia expressa que se continuaran plantejant en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva i dins de la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 de Control<\/strong>  del Pla de Pensions noves <strong>millores en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les aportacions, cobertures i prestacions de riscos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group Tot i aix\u00f2, des de CCOO hem aconseguit incorporar millores addicionals que no venien exigides per la normativa.
