I el salari d&#8217;entrada era de \u2248 2,3 vegades el Salari M\u00ednim Interprofessional (SMI).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Existia una millora salarial sobre Conveni<\/strong> que reconeixia la responsabilitat, la qualificaci\u00f3 i el nivell d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia del treball bancari. <strong>Per\u00f2 durant la crisi financera<\/strong> i en el moment de major tensi\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica del sector, <strong>CaixaBank va eliminar aquesta millora salarial com a mesura excepcional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Han passat m\u00e9s de deu anys.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avui la situaci\u00f3 no t\u00e9 res a veure<\/strong> amb aquella etapa.
