{"id":18433,"date":"2026-06-29T09:59:31","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T07:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=18433"},"modified":"2026-06-29T09:59:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T07:59:31","slug":"p14040","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/p14040\/","title":{"rendered":"LA DESCONNEXI\u00d3 DIGITAL NO POT CONTINUAR SENT UNA DECLARACI\u00d3 D&#8217;INTENCIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A petici\u00f3 de les organitzacions sindicals que integrem la Plataforma Unit\u00e0ria, i com a continuaci\u00f3 de les nostres reivindicacions despr\u00e9s que la plantilla hagi dit prou, aquest dimarts es reunir\u00e0 la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 de Seguiment de l&#8217;Acord de Desconnexi\u00f3 Digital.<\/strong> Hi acudim amb un objectiu clar: que l&#8217;Acord deixi de ser un text de bones intencions i es converteixi en una eina efica\u00e7 per protegir la jornada, el descans, la salut laboral i la conciliaci\u00f3 de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant massa temps, la realitat di\u00e0ria a <strong>CaixaBank<\/strong> ha anat per davant de la norma: comunicacions fora de jornada, reunions que trenquen agendes, pressi\u00f3 comercial permanent, reportis paral\u00b7lels, r\u00e0nquings, seguiment excessiu de l&#8217;activitat i una disponibilitat encoberta que acaba traslladant a la plantilla una exig\u00e8ncia constant de connexi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La plantilla ha dit prou. Reclamem dades sobre l&#8217;activitat digital fora de jornada, accessos a sistemes, Teams, correus, murs, reunions fora d&#8217;horari, formaci\u00f3 realitzada fora de jornada, marcatges autom\u00e0tics, ratificacions i criteris interns traslladats als equips.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La connectivitat permanent, la pressi\u00f3 comercial extrema i la disponibilitat encoberta s\u00f3n factors de risc psicosocial i han de ser tractats com a tals.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, cap persona treballadora pot patir advertiments, assenyalaments, avaluacions negatives, p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;incentius o qualsevol altre perjudici per exercir el seu dret a desconnectar.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fff8ce8c wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La plantilla necessita respostes, compromisos concrets i mesures verificables. <strong>CaixaBank<\/strong> no pot continuar parlant de benestar, conciliaci\u00f3 o lideratge responsable mentre mant\u00e9 din\u00e0miques que tensionen la jornada, envaeixen el descans i deterioren el clima laboral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Des de la Plataforma Sindical ho diem amb claredat:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>La desconnexi\u00f3 digital ha de ser real, efectiva i respectada a tots els \u00e0mbits de l&#8217;Entitat.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>No acceptarem que aquest dret quedi redu\u00eft a una declaraci\u00f3 formal mentre la plantilla segueix suportant pressi\u00f3, disponibilitat permanent i c\u00e0rregues organitzatives que no li corresponen.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Esperem que l&#8217;empresa estigui a l&#8217;al\u00e7ada i que
