La realitat \u00e9s que els meus superiors em demanen que ho deixi tot per a l&#8217;hora de trucades, que cal captar clients, que he de fer 5 contactes de valor diaris, respondre les trucades pendents, reparar el caixer que d\u00f3na incid\u00e8ncies constants.  Tinc m\u00e9s reptes que mai, prioritats setmanals diferents segons qui me les traslladi, recurr\u00e8ncies, reptes aspiracionals\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Una empresa amb una <strong>incoher\u00e8ncia<\/strong> absoluta entre el <strong>discurs que em trasllada i el que m&#8217;exigeix<\/strong>.
