{"id":291,"date":"2024-10-08T21:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=291"},"modified":"2024-10-16T09:57:45","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T07:57:45","slug":"salut-laboral-urgeixen-canvis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/salut-laboral-urgeixen-canvis\/","title":{"rendered":"Salut Laboral: Urgeixen Canvis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-768176b3 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f0573c5556e869abfcf57fe51ef032af\"> <strong>CCOO fem nombroses propostes a la Direcci\u00f3 per millorar la salut de la plantilla.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-de14f50e2c75fa6e4232db75601440d9\"> <strong>La Direcci\u00f3 es dedica a \u201cprendre nota\u201d oa negar la realitat que els expliquem<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Recentment, hem assistit a reunions dels Comit\u00e8s de Salut, i un cop m\u00e9s, acabem amb la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estar davant d&#8217;un front\u00f3: Sense resposta ni iniciativa per part de la Direcci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a CCOO la Salut Laboral \u00e9s molt important<\/strong>, sabem la repercussi\u00f3 que t\u00e9 i <strong>els hem recordat<\/strong>, una vegada m\u00e9s, <strong>en quina situaci\u00f3 ens trobem<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenim una plantilla que est\u00e0 <strong>aclaparada i tensionada<\/strong>, amb seguiments comercials continus completament in\u00fatils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Cada cop tenim m\u00e9s <strong>amenaces\/agressions<\/strong> de la clientela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per aplicar el <strong>projecte MAC a les Oficines Store<\/strong> amb els mitjans de qu\u00e8 disposem, hem d&#8217;escollir entre l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia del servei a la clientela i la realitzaci\u00f3 dels reptes comercials, tots dos resulten impossibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestionar els caixers<\/strong> que es troben en espais que, a l&#8217;estiu, estan a m\u00e9s de 33\u00ba; ens diuen que nom\u00e9s \u00e9s un mer \u201ct\u00e8rmic\u201d, que no cal climatitzar aquest lloc de treball perqu\u00e8 les hores di\u00e0ries destinades a gestionar-los, per a la Direcci\u00f3, <strong>\u00e9s un temps que \u201cno existeix\u201d<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 no compta pels reptes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Les <strong>avaluacions de riscos laborals<\/strong> a les Oficines s\u00f3n un \u201cmal necessari\u201d, un tr\u00e0mit que cal passar aviat, perqu\u00e8 <strong>ni s&#8217;arreglen les incid\u00e8ncies<\/strong> en terminis raonables, <strong>ni es valoren tots els riscos<\/strong> degudament, com \u00e9s el cas dels ergon\u00f2mics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Hem d&#8217;avan\u00e7ar en el <strong>reconeixement del teletreball com un dret<\/strong> de les persones treballadores i una modalitat molt positiva per a la salut i la conciliaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>mobilitat excessiva i els despla\u00e7aments<\/strong> a qu\u00e8 se sotmet la plantilla no han de ser la causa de l&#8217;increment dels accidents amb baixa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Deixin de tractar la salut laboral de la seva plantilla com un mer postureig, i comencin a treballar perqu\u00e8 aquesta sigui una realitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Per a CCOO, <mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#d42e12\" class=\"has-inline-color\">EL MOMENT \u00c9S ARA<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CCOO fem nombroses propostes a la Direcci\u00f3 per millorar la salut de la plantilla.
