Tret que decideixi seleccionar un candidat d&#8217;un altre \u00e0mbit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GCI&nbsp;Banca Personal si hi ha candidat\/a empleat\/ada a la xarxa amb experi\u00e8ncia m\u00ednima 24 mesos, en el radi de Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu (25km)&nbsp;tret que a criteri del&nbsp;m\u00e0nager&nbsp;decideixi seleccionar amb antiguitat inferior<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Exclusi\u00f3 de designacions directes:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persones afectades per CUME (reduccions de jornada per cura de menors amb malaltia greu)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persona amb c\u00f2njuge (parella de fet) o fills\/es amb discapacitat superior a 65%.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persones que han finalitzat la carrera de gestor\/a per avaluaci\u00f3 negativa en els darrers 12 mesos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>La persona assignada a una cartera, podr\u00e0 escollir, en aquell moment, com a centre de refer\u00e8ncia a efectes de mobilitat, el centre previ o el nou que li sigui assignat.
