Per fer-ho, a l&#8217;acord d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 Conveni a CaixaBank es va establir el mecanisme a utilitzar. Aquest consistia b\u00e0sicament a anar actualitzant la garantia salarial (la retribuci\u00f3 fixa bruta garantida) amb el % de revisi\u00f3 salarial, al nivell retributiu que es percebi i sobre els conceptes salarials de percepci\u00f3 mensual de naturalesa revisable i que estiguin subjectes a adequaci\u00f3 progressiva i\/o homologaci\u00f3 salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 ha provocat modificacions d&#8217;aquesta garantia salarial durant el 2024 respecte a la garantia salarial el 31-12-2023. Per tant,<strong> en data 31-12-2024 es consolida a nivell personal l&#8217;import de la garantia salarial segons el nivell consolidat i els conceptes revisables percebuts en aquesta data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I sempre sense oblidar el que diu l&#8217;acord laboral d&#8217;integraci\u00f3 de Bankia:<mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><em><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u201cEn qualsevol cas, es garanteix que, durant el per\u00edode d&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 progressiva, les persones treballadores percebran com a m\u00ednim la retribuci\u00f3 establerta al Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 a cada moment a CaixaBank considerant els conceptes de l&#8217;esmentat Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu: salari base, pagues extres, aix\u00ed com el Complement de Resid\u00e8ncia -quan correspongui- per a cadascun dels Nivells, sense que aquesta retribuci\u00f3 pugui ser compensada pel \u2018Complement personal triennis\u2019\u201d<\/mark><\/em><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>.<\/em> <\/mark>Si s&#8217;estigu\u00e9s percebent aquest m\u00ednim de Conveni, gr\u00e0cies a la nostra reclamaci\u00f3 a la Direcci\u00f3, vam aconseguir que sigui sobre aquest m\u00ednim de Conveni sobre el qual s&#8217;apliqui la revisi\u00f3 salarial 2024, 2025 i 2026. L&#8217;import corresponent, de forma general, \u00e9s el 3% sobre 18,5 pagues del Salari Base conveni del nivell que s&#8217;ostenti en el moment de la meritaci\u00f3 del trienni. Ens hem dirigit a la Direcci\u00f3 per indicar-los que s&#8217;apliqui all\u00f2 establert al Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu i aquest pagament addicional s&#8217;efectu\u00ef, quan es disposi de tota la informaci\u00f3 (el ROE de l&#8217;any anterior), el mateix mes que es meriti i liquidi el trienni. Els efectes s\u00f3n a <strong>1 de gener de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El passat 12 de desembre de 2024 us vam remetre comunicat amb l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 detallada dels efectes econ\u00f2mics depenent de les diferents casu\u00edstiques que poden succeir depenent de l&#8217;ascens o el descens de categoria de les oficines i de si consoliden o no consoliden categoria.  <strong><a increment d&#8217;un 4%<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>Segons s&#8217;estableix despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del RD Llei 2\/2023, <strong>entre els anys 2024 a 2050, l&#8217;increment de la Base M\u00e0xima de Cotitzaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 anual i referenciat al tancament de l&#8217;IPC + aplicaci\u00f3 de diferencial de 1,2%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El 2025, la Base M\u00e0xima de Cotitzaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 4.909,32 \u20ac<\/strong> (el 2024, 4.720,50 \u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 suposa una pujada de les Bases de Cotitzaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si es cotitza m\u00e9s, la Pensi\u00f3 de Jubilaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s quantiosa, <\/strong>sempre que l&#8217;import resultant no sigui superior a la determinada com a Pensi\u00f3
