faci una composici\u00f3 de la nova funci\u00f3, per a CCOO <strong>\u00e9s moment de parlar dels Centres d&#8217;Empreses.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Els Centres d&#8217;Empreses s&#8217;estan quedant enrere, en termes de regulaci\u00f3 i &#8216;evoluci\u00f3 de les seves condicions laborals, i per aquest motiu CCOO volem abordar les problem\u00e0tiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions advgb-accordions-ae2afaac-75fc-4370-a5d8-f3e0b5682e8d advgb-accordion-wrapper\" data-collapsed=\"true\">\n<div style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Horari especial de SSCC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema \u00e9s que els <strong>horaris no s\u00f3n homogenis,<\/strong> i es d\u00f3na la circumst\u00e0ncia que la plantilla dels Centres d&#8217;Empreses t\u00e9 condicions diferents a la de les Store Pimes, fent la mateixa feina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;opci\u00f3 de teletreball hauria d&#8217;estar regulada.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions TGA, Analistes\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els\/les <strong>gestors\/es <\/strong>tenen la carrera GCII, per\u00f2 <strong>haurien de tenir millors compensacions que en xarxa, <\/strong>i la carrera hauria de culminar en (DBE) Director\/a de Banca d&#8217;Empreses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nom\u00e9s els\/les GCII de Store Pimes tenen <strong>acc\u00e9s a HLS,<\/strong> per tant un\/a gestor\/a de negocis en una Store, cobra m\u00e9s que un\/a gestor\/a al Centre d&#8217;Empreses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els <strong>complements de DBE i DCE<\/strong> tenen molt marge de millora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els gestors\/es que tenen <strong>poders i signatura <\/strong>mancomunada en operacions d&#8217;actiu, i <strong>sense compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Hi ha la figura de <strong>subdirecci\u00f3 en  Store Pimes<\/strong>, per\u00f2 no als Centres d&#8217;Empreses, una figura necess\u00e0ria per compartir <strong>responsabilitat amb la direcci\u00f3 <\/strong>del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div produ\u00efts.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal dotar de <strong>m\u00e9s plantilla,<\/strong> donen un excel\u00b7lent servei a expenses de treballar a un ritme insostenible, degut a les m\u00faltiples incid\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques i problemes amb la l\u00ednia per treballar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal m\u00e9s plantilla per treure la feina que tenen, i <strong>ampliar les figures <\/strong>per assolir m\u00e9s tasques que es fan als Centres d&#8217;Empreses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 passar\u00e0 durant les vacances i\/o incapacitat temporal de la plantilla?<\/strong> Caldria la plantilla prefereix ser gestor\/a de negoci en una Store, que no pas anar al Centre d&#8217;Empreses, ja que <strong>suposa perdre diners<\/strong>, i la carrera professional \u00e9s la organitzar-se i treballar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal millorar la <strong>coordinaci\u00f3 amb els diferents partners i col\u00b7laboradors,<\/strong> i aix\u00ed evitar saturar la plantilla i la clientela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi ha <strong>Team rooms que es queden petits<\/strong>, si parlen dos empleats\/ades per tel\u00e8fon, ha de sortir alg\u00fa perqu\u00e8 no ho escolti el client\/a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Necessitat de<strong> proveir d&#8217;equips adequats, <\/strong>com a doble pantalla moderna i homologada per a TGA, analistes etc\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Cal dotar m\u00e9s especialistes com <strong>COMEX, FYS<\/strong>, porten temes molt espec\u00edfics i
