Tenim incid\u00e8ncies que triguen m\u00e9s d&#8217;un any per a quedar resoltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que els productes que hagin <strong>completat tres anys de vig\u00e8ncia no computin com a caigudes,<\/strong> en cas de no renovaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3 <\/strong>en les <strong>caigudes <\/strong>del <strong>mateix marge que va sumar <\/strong>en el seu moment (no pot caure el 150% un producte que va sumar 100%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AES i ES<\/strong> ens han confirmat que enguany, per fi, tindran un <strong>esquema visible en TF, <\/strong>esperem que sigui realment objectiu i concorde a les seves funcions, i no estigui subjecte a la subjectivitat del\/de la DAN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Augmentar el target<\/strong> de les direccions de les oficines <strong>S1<\/strong> respecte a 2024, ja que enguany no poden accedir al cobrament d&#8217;incentius. \u00c9s l&#8217;\u00fanica funci\u00f3 a la qual no se li ha augmentat el target.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que es puguin visualitzar els <strong>esquemes en TF del variable de 2025.<\/strong> El variable enguany \u00e9s quadrimestral en Retail i en Connecta, per la qual cosa no es pot esperar a juny per a publicar l&#8217;esquema,<strong> treballem a cegues<\/strong> quan portem gaireb\u00e9 la meitat del primer quadrimestre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que les <strong>causes d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3<\/strong> del cobrament de <strong>variable <\/strong>estiguin directament<strong> relacionades amb aquest variable.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que les possibles <strong>males praxis no perjudiquin<\/strong> en el cobrament del variable a la<strong> plantilla aliena <\/strong>a aquestes males praxis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demanem<strong> garantia de cobrament real<\/strong> en els casos de <strong>baixes protegides.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objectivitat i transpar\u00e8ncia en la fixaci\u00f3 de reptes<\/strong>. Uns reptes que en un quadrimestre s&#8217;acosten al 100% del total de l&#8217;any anterior, i del qual<strong> es demanen consecucions al 200%, <\/strong>nom\u00e9s aconsegueixen desmotivar a la plantilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem un <strong>mecanisme per a carteritzar i descarteritzar <\/strong>clients per part de les oficines i gestors\/es <strong>\u00e0gil i eficient<\/strong>. Patim una carteritzaci\u00f3 inicial err\u00e0tica, que encara no ha resolt totes les incid\u00e8ncies, i aix\u00f2 dificulta la consecuci\u00f3 d&#8217;uns reptes desorbitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilitat <\/strong>a l&#8217;hora <strong>d&#8217;assignar les produccions<\/strong> a un gestor\/a, els embussos en els processos de carteritzaci\u00f3 impedeixen assignar correctament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquelles carteres de<strong> Banca Personal<\/strong> que han quedat amb un alt percentatge de clients <strong>S\u00e8nior<\/strong>, haurien de tenir un <strong>repte adequat<\/strong> a la seva cartera, i corregir el desequilibri abans d&#8217;acabar aquest quadrimestre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les <strong>operacions posposades<\/strong> han <strong>d&#8217;assignar-se<\/strong> al gestor\/a que les va <strong>gestionar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuem sol\u00b7licitant les <strong>bases de SSCC i DT<\/strong><em> <\/em>i que aquestes siguin objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Claredat <\/strong>en les bases de la<strong> formaci\u00f3 inicial i cont\u00ednua<\/strong><em> (<\/em>IDD, MIFID i LCCI) que cal realitzar en <strong>cada funci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que les<strong> corbes de cobrament <\/strong>dels\/de les DANs, DCs i DTs s&#8217;aplanin de manera considerable <strong>en arribar al 100% <\/strong>de compliment per a <strong>evitar pressions<\/strong> desmesurades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>CCOO continuarem insistint en una retribuci\u00f3 variable consensuada, a sol\u00b7licitar millores i resoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncies, i que suposi un incentiu motivador per a la plantilla, no pas un repte impossible<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;entitat mai no ha volgut negociar la retribuci\u00f3 variable amb la representaci\u00f3 laboral, per\u00f2 plantegem una s\u00e8rie de millores i incid\u00e8ncies pel b\u00e9 de la plantilla.
