Tamb\u00e9 aqu\u00ed l&#8217;empresa t\u00e9 una assignatura pendent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Continua existint, per tant, un sostre de vidre i un terra enganx\u00f3s que cal eliminar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dades de flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria ens continuen indicant que hi ha un<strong> 54% de les dones que han signat el contracte remot per teletreballar.<\/strong> Cal millorar el teletreball perqu\u00e8 arribi a tots i totes. Perqu\u00e8, <strong>per assolir la igualtat en el m\u00f3n laboral, cal erradicar la presencialitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necessitem un <strong>protocol de trasllats efectiu i transparent ja, el moment \u00e9s ara,<\/strong> i unes mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 per a les oficines amb horari laboral singular i horari laboral general, per a tots els empleats i les empleades, que fomentin la coresponsabilitat entre totes les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aven\u00e7os per a les dones s&#8217;aconsegueixen a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e0leg i les propostes, recolzats per un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat efectiu.
