Sorpr\u00e8n que a hores d&#8217;ara i <strong>amb tants mitjans<\/strong> , una entitat amb capacitat no tingui la voluntat de <strong>facilitar el teletreball<\/strong> , cosa que s&#8217;ha demostrat que <strong>no afecta<\/strong> ni <strong>la qualitat del treball<\/strong> ni <strong>\u00e9s incompatible amb l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la clientela.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si de veritat l&#8217;entitat vol promoure la <strong>conciliaci\u00f3 laboral<\/strong> , <strong>hi ha f\u00f3rmules per facilitar el teletreball a<\/strong> la majoria de <strong>rols i funcions<\/strong> , <strong>fins i tot en xarxa<\/strong> d&#8217;oficines, l&#8217;\u00fanic que <strong>cal<\/strong> \u00e9s <strong>voluntat i comprom\u00eds<\/strong> per l&#8217;entitat, ja que el comprom\u00eds de <strong>la plantilla<\/strong> es demostra <strong>cada dia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-768176b3 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-82a417c9c4b3ed79096c734e63bec408\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">En alguns \u00e0mbits d&#8217;aquesta entitat<\/mark><strong>, NO<\/strong> <strong>podem gaudir de les vacances <\/strong>per descansar i conciliar <strong>quan vulguem<\/strong> , hem de fer una <strong>carrera d&#8217;obstacles i condicionar-les a les necessitats del departament.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CCOO<\/strong> entenem que a un centre de treball no es pot anar tota la plantilla de <strong>vacances<\/strong> alhora, per\u00f2 <strong>en alguns centres estan instaurant unes regles<\/strong> que suposen una <strong>carrera d&#8217;obstacles<\/strong> a l&#8217;hora de fer les vacances. <strong>Regles com el 70\/30<\/strong> (70% treballant i 30% m\u00e0xim de la plantilla del centre de vacances), molt perjudicials per a la conciliaci\u00f3 i que impliquen que hi haur\u00e0 molts <strong>companys\/es que no podran escollir una part de les vacances a l&#8217;estiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Despr\u00e9s hi ha els <strong>comentaris<\/strong> gratu\u00efts que rep la plantilla, que <strong>retreuen<\/strong> els que agafen <strong>vacances<\/strong> si queda poc per acabar el quadrimestre, <strong>com si gaudir<\/strong> d&#8217;un dret fonamental com \u00e9s <strong>el descans, fos reprotxable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada m\u00e9s, l&#8217;entitat <strong>no demostra comprom\u00eds amb la conciliaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la plantilla.
