{"id":5753,"date":"2025-04-03T09:37:39","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T07:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=5753"},"modified":"2025-04-03T16:28:38","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T14:28:38","slug":"acord-inclusio-collectiu-lgtbi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/acord-inclusio-collectiu-lgtbi\/","title":{"rendered":"Acord inclusi\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f110cca9 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">En compliment de la Llei 4\/2023 i l&#8217;RD 1026\/2024, el passat <strong>31\/03\/25<\/strong> es va aconseguir un <strong>acord<\/strong> per a la <strong>Inclusi\u00f3 de mesures per al Col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI en el Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;Estalvi.<\/strong><\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a fer efectiu el <strong>principi d&#8217;igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3<\/strong> de les persones pertanyents al <strong>col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral,<\/strong> les Entitats hauran de considerar un conjunt de mesures transversals, aix\u00ed com la implantaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un protocol enfront de l&#8217;assetjament i la viol\u00e8ncia contra les persones LGTBI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo-servicios.es\/archivos\/20250327_HS_CCAHORRO_ACUERDO_LGTBI.pdf\">Comunicat de l&#8217;acord.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de l&#8217;<strong>any passat hem sol\u00b7licitat a l&#8217;empresa<\/strong> comen\u00e7ar la <strong>negociaci\u00f3<\/strong> d&#8217;aquest Protocol, per\u00f2 <strong>ens han empla\u00e7at a<\/strong> la necessitat que hi hagu\u00e9s negociaci\u00f3 de <strong>conveni sectorial<\/strong>. Doncs b\u00e9, <strong>ja la tenim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"> <strong>I ara, quan negociarem a CaixaBank?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Hi ha molt de recorregut<\/strong> per millorar, sobretot en <strong>sensibilitzaci\u00f3, formaci\u00f3<\/strong> i en la utilitzaci\u00f3 del llenguatge. L&#8217;acord de <strong>Conveni \u00e9s de m\u00ednims, i s&#8217;estableix<\/strong> a l&#8217;art. 108 del Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&#8217;Aplicaci\u00f3 de criteris objectius en els processos de selecci\u00f3 i contractaci\u00f3<\/strong>, amb formaci\u00f3 adequada per als que intervenen, evitant biaixos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establiment de<\/strong> <strong>criteris basats en m\u00e8rits i qualificaci\u00f3<\/strong>, assegurant que l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, identitat o expressi\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere no siguin un impediment per al desenvolupament professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Inclusi\u00f3 de m\u00f2duls espec\u00edfics als plans de formaci\u00f3<\/strong> sobre drets LGTBI i protocols contra l&#8217;assetjament, per a tota la plantilla i, en especial, als responsables de gesti\u00f3 de persones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promoci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;un llenguatge inclusiu i respectu\u00f3s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Igualtat en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a permisos i beneficis,<\/strong> incloent-hi els processos de transici\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Establiment de mesures sancionadores davant de comportaments discriminatoris o d&#8217;assetjament,<\/strong> valorant la gravetat, culpabilitat i intencionalitat dels fets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Implementaci\u00f3 de <strong>mesures preventives, proactives i reactives contra l&#8217;assetjament.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Procediments \u00e0gils i confidencials<\/strong>, amb seguiment actiu per part dels Representants dels Treballadors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>\u00c9s el moment d&#8217;avan\u00e7ar en mesures d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 i igualtat<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;acord de 19\/11\/24 reflectia el comprom\u00eds d&#8217;establir, en un termini no superior a 2 mesos, una comissi\u00f3 negociadora per tractar diferents mat\u00e8ries rellevants. Tot i aix\u00f2, la primera reuni\u00f3 no s&#8217;ha produ\u00eft fins al 27\/03\/25. CCOO proposem: L&#8217;entitat escolta, per\u00f2 la seva proposta est\u00e0 molt lluny de buscar un acord que benefici\u00ef totes les parts, vol: Conviv\u00e8ncia HLS i HG nom\u00e9s en algunes oficines amb cobertures complicades.
