Unes<br>bases que, malauradament, semblen en molts casos una <b>carrera d&#8217;obstacles,<br>perqu\u00e8 no cobrem all\u00f2 que amb la nostra feina ens hem guanyat.<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00faltima fita d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3 va passar el 10\/06\/24 passat, <strong>ens dona la ra\u00f3 la sent\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Audi\u00e8ncia Nacional, sobre la petici\u00f3 de nul\u00b7litat que vam efectuar en relaci\u00f3 amb les cl\u00e0usules de bonus i incentius,<\/strong> en les quals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixaves de cobrar els bonus i els incentius que t&#8217;havies guanyat si haguessis estat sancionat per incompliments normatius de car\u00e0cter general que tinguin un car\u00e0cter substancial. En aquest cas, seguint el criteri de la pr\u00f2pia Audi\u00e8ncia Nacional en sent\u00e8ncia recent per demanda de CCOO a una empresa del sector de Telemarketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El\/la DAN o Cap d&#8217;\u00c0rea podia reduir-te en un 15% (o m\u00e9s en sup\u00f2sits excepcionals) el bonus que tant d\u2019esfor\u00e7 t&#8217;havia costat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCOO Ens hem posat en contacte amb la Direcci\u00f3 per<\/strong> veure com es pensa articular el dret <strong>que siguin abonades les difer\u00e8ncies retributives a les persones afectades per les cl\u00e0usules anul\u00b7lades.<\/strong> Esperem que molt aviat ens donin una resposta, per\u00f2 en tot cas, cal tenir en compte, que si CaixaBank procedeix a rec\u00f3rrer la sent\u00e8ncia (cosa que \u00e9s probable) pot passar que no es pugui exercitar aquest dret, si m\u00e9s no, mentre la sent\u00e8ncia no sigui ferma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s li cal a l&#8217;entitat per seure a negociar la retribuci\u00f3 variable?<\/strong> Mentre no ho fem, <strong>continuarem lluitant<\/strong> en tots els fronts possibles <strong>contra una retribuci\u00f3 variable que ha de deixar de ser, d&#8217;una vegada, salari gas\u00f3s\u2026<\/strong> Els fets parlen per s\u00ed sols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a CCOO<\/strong>, <strong>EL MOMENT \u00c9S ARA.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La plantilla sent, des de fa temps, la retribuci\u00f3 variable com a engrunes i salari gas\u00f3s, i no hi ha enquesta de clima laboral que tapi aquesta sensaci\u00f3.
