Per aquest motiu, <strong>CCOO volem abordar-ne les problem\u00e0tiques seg\u00fcents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Actualitzar els nivells professionals i els complements de carrera<\/strong>, que han quedat obsolets <strong>respecte a<\/strong> l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del segment i del <strong>mercat.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regular i establir carreres professionals per a les noves funcions<\/strong> com Wealth, Open Wealth, <em>Wealth Planner, Independent Advisory, Banc Luxemburg<\/em>, Coordinadors\/es, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regular una carrera professional per a Middle Office<\/strong>, oferint la <strong>possibilitat<\/strong> d&#8217;acollir-se <strong>volunt\u00e0riament a horari laboral singular<\/strong> amb les mateixes compensacions que les oficines Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliment de la jornada laboral<\/strong> amb la flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria pr\u00f2pia del segment, evitant l&#8217;actual prolongaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s <strong>necess\u00e0ria<\/strong> una figura d&#8217;<strong>equip de suport qualificat<\/strong> que permeti cobrir abs\u00e8ncies per incapacitat temporal, maternitat, paternitat, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u00e8rdua progressiva del plus del lloc de treball<\/strong> en cas de <strong>desnomenament de Directors\/es de Banca Privada<\/strong>, tal com ja es preveu per als Assessors\/es de Banca Privada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respectar<\/strong> l&#8217;<strong>expectativa<\/strong> de pujada de nivell m\u00e9s <strong>favorable<\/strong>, en el cas de les persones que s&#8217;incorporen al segment <strong>des de la carrera de GCII Banca Premier.<\/strong> I accedir-hi com a m\u00ednim, a un any de carrera, on el <strong>Complement d&#8217;ABP sigui igual o superior al que es t\u00e9 com a GBP.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporar el <strong>teletreball<\/strong> regulat al segment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em><strong>Per <em>a CCOO, \u00e9s moment de negociar millores per al col\u00b7lectiu de Banca Privada<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El creixement i l&#8217;especialitzaci\u00f3 que ha viscut aquest segment estrat\u00e8gic no s&#8217;ha vist reflectit en un acord que millori i reguli les condicions de la plantilla.
