{"id":6304,"date":"2025-06-03T13:37:55","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T11:37:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=6304"},"modified":"2025-06-03T13:37:56","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T11:37:56","slug":"p7448","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/p7448\/","title":{"rendered":"Taula d&#8217;igualtat: L&#8217;eterna espera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-768176b3 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-e975628144fefc7459af40b646925f1f\"><strong><strong><strong><em>CCOO exigeix aven\u00e7os reals a la taula d&#8217;Igualtat a una entitat que continua demanant propostes sense tancar els compromisos anteriors<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A la reuni\u00f3 celebrada el passat mes d\u2019abril, des de <strong>CCOO vam insistir en la necessitat urgent <\/strong>de tancar <strong>propostes clau<\/strong> que continuen sense resoldre\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protocol de trasllats.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Millores de conciliaci\u00f3 a les oficines Store i Connecta.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acord ampli de teletreball.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217; entitat sempre manifesta <strong>bones intencions, per\u00f2 no es concreten aven\u00e7os.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A<\/strong> <strong>CCOO <\/strong>tenim <strong>m\u00e9s propostes<\/strong> per desenvolupar <strong>el nou Pla d\u2019Igualtat,<\/strong> per\u00f2 <strong>cal<\/strong> tancar pr\u00e8viament <strong>aspectes b\u00e0sics per poder construir un acord s\u00f2lid i amb garanties.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tenim per davant m\u00e9s de cinc mesos per avan\u00e7ar i elaborar un Pla d\u2019Igualtat amb visi\u00f3 de futur<\/strong> incorporant ja la <strong>Directiva Europea UE 2023\/70<\/strong> obliga a refor\u00e7ar la igualtat retributiva entre dones i homes per una mateixa feina, i que<strong> s\u2019ha d\u2019aplicar abans del 7 de juny de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hem aconseguit que es respecti el cobrament del bonus en cas d\u2019incapacitat temporal per maternitat o paternitat, <\/strong>lact\u00e0ncia, etc. Tot i aix\u00ed, considerem <strong>discriminatori <\/strong>que la <strong>plantilla <\/strong>que ha substitu\u00eft companys i companyes en aquestes situacions exercint<strong> com a <em>\u201cEmpleat\/ada Mirall\u201d<\/em> no hagi cobrat el bonus del 2024, malgrat haver assolit els seus objectius.<\/strong> Aquesta <strong>situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clarament injusta i exigeix una correcci\u00f3 immediata.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>Des de CCOO continuarem lluitant per un Pla d\u2019Igualtat ambici\u00f3s i a l\u2019altura de la plantilla de CaixaBank<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CCOO exigeix aven\u00e7os reals a la taula d&#8217;Igualtat, a una entitat que segueix demanant propostes, sense tancar els compromisos anteriors.
