Demanen que <em>\u201cbufis i xuclis al mateix temps\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Manca de prevenci\u00f3 real i efica\u00e7:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> No assigna recursos humans ni econ\u00f2mics a les mesures preventives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No estableix terminis ni prioritats a la seva \u201cEstrat\u00e8gia Psicosocial\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es limita a elaborar documents sense contingut efectiu ni cap seguiment verificable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Negativa empresarial a revisar el model de seguiment comercial<\/strong> , malgrat haver-se comprom\u00e8s a fer-ho i la cont\u00ednua den\u00fancia de CCOO sobre la <strong>pressi\u00f3 desmesurada i l&#8217;assetjament comercial diari<\/strong> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Oposici\u00f3 a avaluar l&#8217;impacte de les avaluacions de \u201cno apte\u201d a la carrera professional<\/strong> , fet que podria estar vulnerant l&#8217; <strong>art. 4.2 de l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors<\/strong> i afectar especialment aquells que exerceixen drets de conciliaci\u00f3, maternitat o paternitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f7d40a9b7f8a0bcf4e7efaff7592864d\"> Com actua CaixaBank? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-572ddb0a2718c0c12ba3bedb157adcbd\">L&#8217;empresa ha estat sancionada per la <strong>vulneraci\u00f3 de la Llei de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals<\/strong> i per no atendre els requeriments de la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball, fet que ha posat en risc el benestar psicosocial de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019empresa es burla de la plantilla i aporta mesures que s\u00f3n paper mullat. Mentrestant, despr\u00e9s d\u2019una Q1 esgotadora per a la plantilla, continua intensificant la pressi\u00f3 asfixiant, amb increments en els objectius de la Q2 que coincideixen amb el per\u00edode vacacional.
