Fem una crida a la resta d&#8217;organitzacions sindicals perqu\u00e8 se sumin a aquesta reivindicaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Queda lluny aquell temps en qu\u00e8 formar part de CaixaBank representava una clara millora respecte a les condicions del mercat laboral. La crisi financera del 2008 va provocar una profunda reconversi\u00f3 del sector, i durant anys, amb marges redu\u00efts, les plantilles van respondre amb responsabilitat i professionalitat, impulsant el negoci i, alhora, fent esfor\u00e7os per garantir l&#8217;estabilitat i l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/06\/beneficios-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7699\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ara, l\u2019escenari \u00e9s justament l\u2019oposat: la rendibilitat se situa en xifres r\u00e8cord (20,9% ROTE), l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia ha assolit un hist\u00f2ric 37,5% i el benefici atribu\u00eft s\u2019ha incrementat un 84% el 2024 respecte al 2022<\/strong>. Tanmateix, la remuneraci\u00f3 mitjana nom\u00e9s ha crescut un 14,4%, en bona part gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019impuls del salari no regulat i, en tot cas, molt allunyada dels increments de beneficis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ja no hi ha excuses. El moment \u00e9s ara. El moment d\u2019invertir aquests beneficis r\u00e8cord en qui els fa possibles: la plantilla, el principal actiu de CaixaBank<\/strong>. \u00c9s el moment d\u2019abordar millores generals en el salari regulat, invertir en una millor dotaci\u00f3 de personal, corregir les desigualtats salarials, millorar les condicions d\u2019entrada, apostar per mesures que facilitin el dia a dia i el clima laboral, impulsar el desenvolupament de la carrera professional, racionalitzar els objectius i la retribuci\u00f3 variable, i reduir la pressi\u00f3 comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ens hem de tornar a convertir en una entitat on les noves generacions de professionals vulguin entrar, quedar-se i desenvolupar-se. <strong>I aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s \u00e9s possible si apostem per les persones: tenint cura de la seva salut i del seu entorn laboral, i reconeixent i remunerant la seva professionalitat i dedicaci\u00f3 com es mereixen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>Des de CCOO, en definitiva, reivindiquem l\u2019obertura de negociacions per abordar, amb ambici\u00f3 i rigor, com es reinverteixen aquests beneficis r\u00e8cord en la plantilla. Cal deixar enrere els darrers anys de par\u00e0lisi en les relacions laborals.
