S\u00f3n nombroses les <strong>persones<\/strong> del col\u00b7lectiu <strong><strong><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#e40303\" class=\"has-inline-color\">L<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#ff8c00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">G<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#ffed00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">T<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#008026\" class=\"has-inline-color\">B<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#004dff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">I<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#750787\" class=\"has-inline-color\">+<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>  que encara se senten insegures als seus llocs de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Reial decret 1026\/2024 suposa un aven\u00e7 important, i ja s\u2019han negociat mesures per garantir la igualtat i la no-discriminaci\u00f3 <\/strong>de les persones <strong><strong><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#e40303\" class=\"has-inline-color\">L<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#ff8c00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">G<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#ffed00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">T<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#008026\" class=\"has-inline-color\">B<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#004dff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">I<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#750787\" class=\"has-inline-color\">+<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> a les empreses al nostre Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu, el passat 31 de mar\u00e7 de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seg\u00fcent pas \u00e9s la
