Aquesta decisi\u00f3 ha suposat un alleujament significatiu per a molts companys i companyes, en reduir la c\u00e0rrega de treball que, injustament, reca\u00efa sobre la plantilla sense c\u00e0rrec, que venien assumint funcions cr\u00edtiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanmateix, aquesta millora ha evidenciat una nova realitat: actualment hi ha persones amb nivell 200 i altres sense, sense que s\u2019hagi comunicat un criteri clar per a la seva assignaci\u00f3, ni que s\u2019hagi vinculat a cap tipus de reconeixement econ\u00f2mic o professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO entenem l\u2019enorme quantitat d\u2019operacions que es gestionen en aquests equips aix\u00ed com la necessitat de mantenir personal amb nivell 200, per aix\u00f2 reiterem les seg\u00fcents sol\u00b7licituds que ja vam fer en la negociaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ACORD del CSBD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claritat i transpar\u00e8ncia en els criteris d\u2019assignaci\u00f3 del nivell 200.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrera professional espec\u00edfica de gestor\/a per a qui assumeixi majors responsabilitats (similar a GCII).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat d\u2019ajustar la banda de bonus target en funci\u00f3 de la posici\u00f3 (junior\/senior) de cada empleat\/ada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nivell professional m\u00ednim IV per a GCE i un plus de supervisi\u00f3.<strong>Aquesta petici\u00f3 que ja vam fer en la negociaci\u00f3, s&#8217;est\u00e0 veient m\u00e9s justificada perqu\u00e8 aquest col\u00b7lectiu est\u00e0 patint un augment significatiu en la c\u00e0rrega de treball, despr\u00e9s del reconeixement de l&#8217;empresa de la seva signatura com a necess\u00e0ria.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes propostes no nom\u00e9s busquen dignificar la feina que ja s\u2019est\u00e0 fent, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 garantir un entorn just, motivador i sostenible per a tots els perfils que formen part de CSBD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si teniu inquietuds, dificultats organitzatives o propostes de millora, podeu comptar amb CCOO per canalitzar-les i buscar solucions conjuntes.
