A CCOO t\u2019expliquem les millores aconseguides gr\u00e0cies a les nostres propostes, aix\u00ed com les q\u00fcestions que encara considerem pendents<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 <strong>cas de sortida<\/strong> per qualsevol motiu, es computar\u00e0 el temps fins a la data de sortida si es torna abans de dos anys, sempre que el retorn sigui a partir del 20 de novembre de 2024 (encara que la sortida hagi estat anterior al nou acord).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div !important\">\n<p>Aquesta garantia <strong>no es perd per accedir a GCI Banca Personal <\/strong>(per designaci\u00f3 o sol\u00b7licitud personal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A CCOO continuem demanant que, <strong>si s\u2019est\u00e0 a la carrera GCI i es perd la garantia de GCII per qualsevol motiu, es mantingui l\u2019expectativa de canvi de nivell, igual que passa si un GCII passa a GCI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" pas de GCI a GCII, i sol\u00b7licitem aplicaci\u00f3 de totes les acceleracions<\/mark><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>Des de CCOO demanem l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de totes les acceleracions,<strong> incloent-hi els casos de persones amb Nivell VI GCI-GN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>S\u2019incrementen<strong> de 360,34\u202f\u20ac a 390,72\u202f\u20ac <\/strong>(com el de les subdireccions d\u2019oficines C), per evitar la p\u00e8rdua de salari detectada per CCOO en certs casos per als GCII 2 Responsables en oficines D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones a les quals l\u2019entitat va passar de subdirecci\u00f3 en oficines D a GCII 2 Responsable tornaran a la funci\u00f3 de subdirecci\u00f3.<strong> Des de CCOO hem sol\u00b7licitat que es regularitzi l\u2019import de les aportacions al pla de pensions d\u2019aquestes persones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3;color:#ab291d;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:2px\"><span class=\"advgb-accordion-header-icon\"><svg fill=\"#000000\" !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Des de CCOO hem sol\u00b7licitat que s\u2019obri la <strong>possibilitat de sol\u00b7licitar el pas a subdirecci\u00f3 als actuals GC2 Segon Responsable amb nivell IV o superior a Oficines E i F,<\/strong> i l\u2019empresa ho ha acceptat.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3;color:#ab291d;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:2px\"><span class=\"advgb-accordion-header-icon\"><svg fill=\"#000000\" exced\u00e8ncia<\/mark><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>Es millora el c\u00f2mput a efectes de carrera GC de les abs\u00e8ncies per exced\u00e8ncia, no cal que aquesta exced\u00e8ncia sigui immediata despr\u00e9s de les abs\u00e8ncies derivades del naixement. Es limita a 31 dies, per\u00f2 es computen aquests 31 dies, encara que l&#8217;exced\u00e8ncia sigui superior, limitant que s\u2019ha de gaudir mentre el fill sigui menor d\u2019un any per a que computin aquests 31 dies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO hem sol\u00b7licitat que no es tingui en compte l\u2019edat del fill per aquests efectes o, si es t\u00e9 en compte, que es computin els dies fins a l\u2019any d\u2019edat sense superar els 31 dies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3;color:#ab291d;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:2px\"><span class=\"advgb-accordion-header-icon\"><svg fill=\"#000000\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\"><path fill=\"none\" d=\"M0,0h24v24H0V0z\"><\/path><path d=\"M12,2C6.48,2,2,6.48,2,12s4.48,10,10,10s10-4.48,10-10S17.52,2,12,2z M17,13h-4v4h-2v-4H7v-2h4V7h2v4h4V13z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span><h4 class=\"advgb-accordion-header-title\" style=\"color:inherit\"><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Pas de Subdirecci\u00f3 en oficines E i F a GCII\u202f2 Responsable<\/mark><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>Es podr\u00e0 sol\u00b7licitar el pas de subdirecci\u00f3 a oficines E i F a GCII 2 Responsable sense esperar la finalitzaci\u00f3 del per\u00edode en funcions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO sol\u00b7licitem que, en cas que hi hagi alguna subdirecci\u00f3 en funcions en S2 tamb\u00e9 pugui sol\u00b7licitar el pas a GCII 2 Responsable. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3;color:#ab291d;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:2px\"><span class=\"advgb-accordion-header-icon\"><svg fill=\"#000000\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\"><path fill=\"none\" d=\"M0,0h24v24H0V0z\"><\/path><path d=\"M12,2C6.48,2,2,6.48,2,12s4.48,10,10,10s10-4.48,10-10S17.52,2,12,2z M17,13h-4v4h-2v-4H7v-2h4V7h2v4h4V13z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span><h4 class=\"advgb-accordion-header-title\" style=\"color:inherit\"><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Plantilla Connecta<\/mark><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 amb el <strong>nombre m\u00e0xim de persones afectades pel pas a Horari General (HG) en la Gesti\u00f3 Compartida de Connecta<\/strong>, i amb l\u2019objectiu de disminuir l\u2019impacte sobre les persones que actualment fan Horari Laboral Singular (HLS), gr\u00e0cies a la nostra petici\u00f3, es descomptaran de la potencial afectaci\u00f3 per cada centre de treball aquelles persones de Xarxa que, tot i no haver estat afectades en horari, se\u2019ls hagi assignat una posici\u00f3 a Connecta mantenint l\u2019Horari General. A m\u00e9s, hem sol\u00b7licitat que s\u2019eliminin en la seva totalitat els passos previstos a HG per a la cobertura de les places de Gesti\u00f3 Compartida de Connecta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-ccoo-seguim-insistint-en-els-temes-seguents--68b2b472-377f-4b18-aa91-d298af6ed80a\">CCOO seguim insistint en els seg\u00fcents temes: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions advgb-accordions-83418d0b-4dc7-4982-b96c-0cb58af1e6a4 advgb-accordion-wrapper\" data-collapsed=\"true\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordion-item advgb-accordion-item\" style=\"margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"advgb-accordion-header\" style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3;color:#e0291d;border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:2px\"><span class=\"advgb-accordion-header-icon\"><svg fill=\"#000000\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\"><path fill=\"none\" d=\"M0,0h24v24H0V0z\"><\/path><path d=\"M12,2C6.48,2,2,6.48,2,12s4.48,10,10,10s10-4.48,10-10S17.52,2,12,2z M17,13h-4v4h-2v-4H7v-2h4V7h2v4h4V13z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span><h4 class=\"advgb-accordion-header-title\" style=\"color:inherit\"><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Propostes de millora de l&#8217;Acord de Gestors\/es<\/mark><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"advgb-accordion-body\" style=\"border-style:solid !important;border-width:1px !important;border-color:undefined !important;border-top:none !important;border-radius:2px !important\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que el <strong>Plus d\u2019ES i AES no absorbeixi el Complement GCII <\/strong>redu\u00eft que puguin cobrar les persones que van sortir de GCII per decisi\u00f3 de l\u2019entitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insistim que els <strong>GN Adjunts que van deixar de ser-ho i estan com a GCI durant 24 mesos<\/strong>, han de passar a GCII durant aquest per\u00edode de garantia, en les mateixes condicions que els GN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornem a reclamar que es computi el <strong>temps que les persones porten en la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;Agro<\/strong> a efectes d&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 en la carrera GCII.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que les <strong>subdireccions de les oficines S2 tamb\u00e9 puguin sol\u00b7licitar el pas a GCII 2 Responsable.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que, <strong>en oficines E, F i S2<\/strong>, les persones que comencin a percebre o estiguin perceben la quantitat de 4.300\u202f\u20ac per aplicaci\u00f3 del par\u00e0graf final del punt Segundo.3 de l\u2019acord laboral de 25 d\u2019abril de 2012, puguin sol\u00b7licitar el pas de GCII\u202f2 Responsable a Subdirecci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Insistim que el <strong>target del variable dels GCII 2 Responsables<\/strong> sempre ha de coincidir amb el de les subdireccions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demanem <strong>solucionar els casos<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 un GCII (GBP, GPYMES\u2026) en Store accedeix a un segon responsable en Store i perd, segons quins casos, diners per la p\u00e8rdua del complement HLS (que passa de 371\u202f\u20ac a 185\u202f\u20ac).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornem a demanar que les persones que a <strong>Connecta van passar a Horari General tinguin sis mesos m\u00e9s de Horari Laboral Singular<\/strong> a efectes d&#8217;acceleraci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que els <strong>GC Adjunts amb Horari Laboral Singular<\/strong> que van sortir com a tals i estan en per\u00edode de garantia en la carrera de 24 mesos, no hagin de sol\u00b7licitar vacants de GC a Horari General per seguir amb aquesta garantia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguim insistint que per a la garantia de comparar el <strong>salari d\u2019un GCII Nivell V<\/strong> (que cobra els complements de la carrera) amb un GCII Nivell IV que no els cobra, es tinguin en compte conceptes com triennis o ajuda per fills. Hi ha persones en aquesta situaci\u00f3 que voldrien sol\u00b7licitar el pas de Nivell IV a V per guanyar m\u00e9s diners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que a les <strong>direccions S1 i S2,<\/strong> acollides a carrera GCII, se\u2019ls apliqui el Complement GCII Nivell V.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reclamem que els casos de <strong>direccions S1 i S2 que no han arribat a 6 mesos en el c\u00e0rrec abans de la signatura d\u2019aquest acord,<\/strong> s\u00ed han de rebre el nivell VII o VI respectivament, perqu\u00e8 en GC no hi ha per\u00edode en funcions i, fins a la signatura d\u2019aquest acord, no hi havia un per\u00edode m\u00ednim per conservar el nivell per carrera GC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que no es perdi el <strong>Complement GCII Nivell V<\/strong>, igual que no es perd el Plus de Flexibilitat en cas de sortida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insistim que el <strong>candidat \u00fanic<\/strong> per a places GC en HLS no ha desaparegut. El text de l\u2019acord Store \u00e9s id\u00e8ntic al que s\u2019utilitza ara per als GC, per tant <strong>no s\u2019hi pot interpretar<\/strong> que no s\u2019hagi de triar la persona que compleix requisits, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 que la pla\u00e7a ja no es consideri deserta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem la <strong>implantaci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema dins de les avaluacions <\/strong>que eviti
