Nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed podrem avan\u00e7ar cap a una igualtat real i efectiva per a les dones en el nostre dia a dia<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algunes dades que ho posen de manifest:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>El 86% de les reduccions de jornada s\u00f3n sol\u00b7licitades per dones.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El 83 % de les persones que han sol\u00b7licitat el perm\u00eds parental (no retribu\u00eft) tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n dones.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A m\u00e9s, el 78% de la plantilla t\u00e9 descend\u00e8ncia i, en un 45% dels casos, es tracta de menors de 12 anys.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Formem part, en molts casos, del que es coneix com la <strong>\u201cgeneraci\u00f3 sandvitx\u201d, amb fills o filles a c\u00e0rrec i tamb\u00e9 progenitors grans que requereixen cures<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 cal negociar un Pla d\u2019Igualtat que respongui a aquesta realitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dades parlen per si soles, i la Direcci\u00f3 ha d\u2019escoltar-les clarament: <strong>\u00e9s urgent avan\u00e7ar en conciliaci\u00f3 i fomentar-ne un \u00fas corresponsable,<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 la manca d\u2019acci\u00f3 impacta directament sobre les dones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> CCOO hem proposat una s\u00e8rie de mesures urgents <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-28dd6e321acb7f6cdf2ee53352b0d3a8\"><strong>Protocol de trasllats seri\u00f3s, per a tothom, i Mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 a Store\/Connecta<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s moment de negociar un <strong>Protocol de Trasllats real i efectiu,<\/strong> no simb\u00f2lic ni a qualsevol preu. A m\u00e9s, urgeix millorar la conciliaci\u00f3 en els col\u00b7lectius de store i HLS abans que acabi l\u2019horari d\u2019estiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-60950121f46d8a3a96c0f6c54d52a31e\"> <strong><strong>Perm\u00eds parental: Caixabank ha de fer un pas endavant<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des de CCOO vam demanar<\/strong> a la taula que l\u2019empresa s\u2019avanci a la possible aplicaci\u00f3 legal efectiva i que, per tant, <strong>4 de les 8 setmanes siguin retribu\u00efdes. <\/strong>Seria un pas en la bona direcci\u00f3 (sense haver d\u2019esperar m\u00e9s mesos) per a una empresa que es considera socialment responsable amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-575e0a3a1f8e0ed2416bdd5a2a63bd66\"> <strong><strong><strong>Un gran Acord de Teletreball<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La regulaci\u00f3 actual del Treball en Remot nom\u00e9s arriba a un col\u00b7lectiu petit de la plantilla. En aquest sentit, demanem a la Direcci\u00f3 que no s\u2019empari en <strong>arguments com les necessitats organitzatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7398b570437f43db0073a39e72029ebb\"> <strong><strong><strong><strong>Millora de la Infrarrepresentaci\u00f3 femenina en llocs de responsabilitat<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La pres\u00e8ncia de dones en determinades \u00e0rees i nivells directius \u2014com Banca Privada\u2014 continua sent clarament insuficient. Cal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analitzar de manera realista els <strong>obstacles <\/strong>estructurals que ho impedeixen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impulsar les dones perqu\u00e8 <strong>accedeixin i es mantinguin<\/strong> en aquests llocs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir que l\u2019\u00fas de mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 <strong>no penalitzi<\/strong> la seva promoci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament, <strong>en la reuni\u00f3, la Direcci\u00f3 va mostrar molt poca<\/strong> (sent molt indulgents) <strong>ambici\u00f3<\/strong>. Per tant, ens espera una negociaci\u00f3 for\u00e7a complicada.
