Vam insistir, a m\u00e9s, en la necessitat de retribuir el perm\u00eds parental, instant l&#8217;empresa a avan\u00e7ar-se a una futura obligaci\u00f3 legal, presentant una proposta pr\u00f2pia sense esperar que la normativa ho imposi.<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahir, dimarts <strong>29 de juliol, el Consell de Ministres va aprovar noves mesures relacionades amb les cura, la conciliaci\u00f3 i la coresponsabilitat.<\/strong> Encara que des de <strong>CCOO considerem que continuen sent insuficients<\/strong>, us <strong>detallem a continuaci\u00f3 els canvis m\u00e9s rellevants<\/strong>. Per descomptat, exigirem a l&#8217;empresa la seva <strong>implementaci\u00f3 immediata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions setmanes no retribu\u00eft:<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> El 2024, <strong>187 persones van sol\u00b7licitar el perm\u00eds parental<\/strong> , de les quals un <strong>83,4% van ser dones.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Nom\u00e9s el primer semestre de l&#8217;any, ja ho han sol\u00b7licitat <strong>gaireb\u00e9 100 persones<\/strong> , amb un <strong>76,6% de dones.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Aquestes dades evidencien que <strong>la manca de retribuci\u00f3 est\u00e0 provocant una discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe<\/strong> i que <strong>no
