CCOO exigeix tancar definitivament aquest cap\u00edtol amb garanties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">\u00bfRetribuci\u00f3 Variable?<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> CCOO proposa negociar un model de retribuci\u00f3 variable motivador, i que no depengui dels objectius impossibles. Transpar\u00e8ncia, criteris equilibrats i negociaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n condicions m\u00ednimes per evitar greuges i frustraci\u00f3 entre la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Reduir les desigualtats salarials i pujar els salaris dentrada<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La plantilla de nova incorporaci\u00f3 pateixen condicions molt millorables (que ja no s\u00f3n competitives al mercat) en una empresa amb beneficis r\u00e8cord. \u00c9s urgent revisar els nivells d&#8217;entrada i assegurar traject\u00f2ries dignes i motivadores des del primer contracte, incloent-hi l&#8217;equiparaci\u00f3 prestacional al Pla de Pensions de tots els col\u00b7lectius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els c\u00e0rrecs a les stores haurien de cobrar el mateix import de HLS que la resta de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Relleu generacional amb visi\u00f3 de futur<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La plantilla envelleix, i ho fa sense planificaci\u00f3. CCOO reclama negociar un pla pluriennal de sortides volunt\u00e0ries, atractiu i responsable, acompanyat de noves incorporacions que garanteixin el futur del banc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Teletreball real, regulat i est\u00e8s<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> El teletreball no pot ser un privilegi per a alguns\/es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Conciliaci\u00f3<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"> <\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exigim mesures reals de conciliaci\u00f3 per a tota la plantilla, que incrementin de forma general l&#8217;equilibri del temps per viure davant del temps de treball, amb un impuls especial en alguns \u00e0mbits com HLS Store i Connecta Exigim tamb\u00e9 un acord de protocol de trasllats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Carrera Professional<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CCOO reclama una taula espec\u00edfica per establir d&#8217;una vegada carreres professionals clares a Serveis Centrals, Direccions Territorials, Banca d&#8217;Empreses, HUBS, CSBD, i millores a l&#8217;acord de Banca Privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">En resum, valorar els que sostenim aquesta entitat: la plantilla<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Els <strong>beneficis<\/strong> no cauen del cel. <strong>S\u00f3n<\/strong> fruit del treball de milers <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>persones<\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:5px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>La plantilla no necessita m\u00e9s discursos, ni tan sols necessita que els sindicats continuem descrivint la seva situaci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 la coneixen de sobres. La plantilla necessita fets, propostes sindicals i, sobretot, que activin unes relacions laborals paralitzades des de fa 3 anys, amb taules de di\u00e0leg i negociaci\u00f3.
