com si amb engrunes es poguessin cobrir <strong>anys de sobrec\u00e0rrega, desmotivaci\u00f3 i promeses incomplertes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entitat ha <strong>incomplert els els darrers anys s\u2019han obtingut <strong>beneficis hist\u00f2rics<\/strong> i, tanmateix,<strong> no s\u2019han repercutit en qui els han fet possibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, abusius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refor\u00e7 de plantilla als equips per adequar la c\u00e0rrega de feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conciliaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teletreball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equiparaci\u00f3 salarial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retribuci\u00f3 variable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beneficis socials (pr\u00e9stecs, Adeslas&#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrera professional als SSCC i
