{"id":7586,"date":"2025-10-22T14:19:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=7586"},"modified":"2025-10-22T14:45:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:45:51","slug":"p9530","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/p9530\/","title":{"rendered":"Constituci\u00f3 mesa negociadora d&#8217;Empreses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-768176b3 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#fbf4f3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">CCOO exigeix garanties i estabilitat al nou model d&#8217;Empreses<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera reuni\u00f3 de la mesa negociadora de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit dels <strong>Centres d&#8217;Empreses<\/strong> , hem exigit la <strong>necessitat urgent d&#8217;un nou acord<\/strong> que doni <strong>estabilitat i reconeixement a la plantilla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No podem continuar ajornant una negociaci\u00f3 imprescindible mentre el banc <strong>bat r\u00e8cords de beneficis<\/strong> .<br> \u00c9s el moment d&#8217;avan\u00e7ar cap a un <strong>veritable contracte social<\/strong> que reconegui l&#8217;esfor\u00e7, el comprom\u00eds i la professionalitat de qui sost\u00e9 el negoci d&#8217;empreses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">CCOO ha defensat a la mesa:<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Que <strong>les persones que treballen al Segment d\u2019Empreses<\/strong> han de continuar en aquest \u00e0mbit, sense trasllats for\u00e7osos ni p\u00e8rdua de funcions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que la negociaci\u00f3 <strong>vagi m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la simple reordenaci\u00f3 de carteres<\/strong>, protegint el capital hum\u00e0 i el coneixement acumulat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>reconeixement de l&#8217;HLS<\/strong> als Centres d&#8217;Empresa, de forma <strong>volunt\u00e0ria<\/strong>, en condicions similars a les de les oficines S<em>tore<\/em>, perqu\u00e8 es <strong>remuneri finalment l\u2019exc\u00e9s de jornada<\/strong> que fa la majoria de la plantilla d\u2019aquests centres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;
