En aquests casos, s&#8217;assignaran les <strong>promocions de nivell amb efectes retroactius<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Abans:<\/strong> en retornar a la carrera  GC, la persona se situava en el <strong>primer any de l&#8217;etapa GC<\/strong> segons el nivell.<br> <strong>Ara:<\/strong> s&#8217;ubicar\u00e0 en l&#8217;<strong>etapa que li correspongui<\/strong>, comptant els dies treballats pr\u00e8viament com a GCI o GCII en aquest nivell, <strong>independentment del motiu de la sortida<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> Aquest canvi tamb\u00e9 beneficia els <strong>GNs que van passar de GCI a GCII al gener<\/strong> , ja que, gr\u00e0cies a la nostra reclamaci\u00f3, <strong>se&#8217;ls reconeixeran els dies treballats<\/strong> en aquest nivell. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div d&#8217;octubre<\/strong> es reflectir\u00e0 l&#8217;abonament brut, i l&#8217; <strong>import net<\/strong> , un cop aplicat l&#8217;efecte fiscal, ser\u00e0 el que es traspassar\u00e0 a  la targeta prepagament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Aconsellem guardar l&#8217;esquema de retribuci\u00f3 variable Q2 abans que desaparegui, per poder disposar-ne en cas d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, hem detectat que <strong>diverses persones de nova incorporaci\u00f3 no disposaven de la targeta de prepagament<\/strong> necess\u00e0ria per al cobrament dels bonus.<br> Ja ens hem <strong>adre\u00e7at a la Direcci\u00f3<\/strong> per exigir que <strong>es resolgui immediatament aquesta incid\u00e8ncia<\/strong> i <strong>puguin percebre els seus incentius sense m\u00e9s demores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de CCOO venim advertint que el <strong>nou sistema quadrimestral<\/strong> ha suposat un <strong>retroc\u00e9s<\/strong> per a la plantilla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Modificacions cont\u00ednues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificultats de seguiment en canviar de centre o de funci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Objectius desproporcionats<\/strong> que acaben reduint la percepci\u00f3 final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Casos en qu\u00e8, tot i produir m\u00e9s que l&#8217;any anterior, <strong>es cobra menys<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding
