{"id":9012,"date":"2025-11-15T20:56:52","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T19:56:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/?p=9012"},"modified":"2025-11-17T08:58:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T07:58:44","slug":"p9991","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoocaixabank.net\/ca\/ccoo\/p9991\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;\u00e8xit del\u00a0CSBD\u00a0ha de ser de tots i totes."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ja han passat uns mesos des de la signatura del nou acord i sembla que\u00a0el CSBD\u00a0va vent en popa. <strong>Des de CCOO volem felicitar a tot l&#8217;equip i hem sol\u00b7licitat a l&#8217;empresa que millori alguns aspectes de l&#8217;acord. Creiem que \u00e9s la millor manera de premiar a l&#8217;equip:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> \u00c9s imprescindible que <strong>hi hagi llocs de treball per a tota la plantilla<\/strong> del centre. A Barcelona, els dilluns no hi cabem!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una mesura senzilla seria <strong>flexibilitzar el teletreball de la J1 i J6<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 no sigui obligatori la pres\u00e8ncia els dilluns. No es tracta d&#8217;ampliar el teletreball, sin\u00f3 de donar m\u00e9s flexibilitat a la plantilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increment dels Bonus<\/strong>. El CSBD \u00e9s una oficina singular, els bonus target actuals estan molt lluny dels de xarxa o altres oficines S. Els bons resultats han d&#8217;anar acompanyats d&#8217;un reconeixement real per a tota la plantilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cal flexibilitzar les opcions per canviar de torn J3bis\/J5bis a J3\/J5<\/strong> i donar opci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 els empleats\/ades del mateix centre puguin canviar. Recentment, s&#8217;han denegat diverses peticions i creiem que el bon funcionament del departament ho permet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitem que es convoquin <strong>m\u00e9s places en Horari General nom\u00e9s per a Barcelona<\/strong>. Actualment hi ha un 75% en jornades especials pr\u00f2pies del CSBD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9s cobertures<\/strong>. Les persones que treballen actualment els caps de setmana s&#8217;han incrementat fins a la trentena. No s&#8217;estan oferint cobertures a aquests torns perqu\u00e8 puguin complementar el salari (tal com s&#8217;estableix a l&#8217;acord). Sol\u00b7licitem que l&#8217;empresa sigui m\u00e9s generosa oferint aquestes cobertures abans que optar per la contractaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ETT\u00b4s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volem que les J5\/J5Bis siguin m\u00e9s atractives<\/strong>. Volem que totes i tots els companys\/es es quedin a CaixaBank. Cal canviar les condicions d&#8217;aquest col\u00b7lectiu que \u00e9s el m\u00e9s desafavorit de l&#8217;acord. CCOO ja vam sol\u00b7licitar el 60% de teletreball i un plus per festiu treballat (igual que el de les cobertures).
