Han passat gaireb\u00e9 <strong>18 anys<\/strong> des que es van fixar els obsolets plusos de DCE i DBE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des de llavors,<\/strong> el sector<strong>, els centres d&#8217;empresa<\/strong> , la segmentaci\u00f3, el negoci i la mateixa plantilla <strong>han canviat completament.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui existeixen moltes <strong>m\u00e9s figures professionals:<\/strong> <strong>HUB<\/strong>, <strong>TGA, AR, TESO, FYS, COMEX<\/strong>, etc. I tot i aix\u00ed, <strong>el model retributiu continua ancorat<\/strong> en una altra \u00e8poca, <strong>no existeix una regulaci\u00f3 retributiva adequada, ni teletreball.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Desajustos que no poden continuar ignorant-se<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenim situacions que no resisteixen cap an\u00e0lisi. <strong>Quines condicions t\u00e9 un\/a GCII d&#8217;una Store que no t\u00e9 en un Centre d&#8217;Empreses?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">El primer i m\u00e9s important: <strong>amb el mateix nivell, cobren m\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"> Entren com <strong>a m\u00ednim amb nivell X.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Tenen garantit el <strong>plus de flexibilitat.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Disposen d&#8217;acceleraci\u00f3 de carrera.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>No \u00e9s un greuge puntual, \u00e9s un greuge estructural.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><strong>Com pretenen fer atractiu el Segment d&#8217;Empreses amb aquestes condicions?<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La <strong>plantilla jove aspira a incorporar-se a Banca Privada<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 ofereix millors condicions.
