Sin embargo, s\u00ed lo hace la retribuci\u00f3n variable, que se reduce en proporci\u00f3n a la ausencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No tiene ning\u00fan sentido y resulta demoledor para la motivaci\u00f3n de la persona trabajadora, que cumple su funci\u00f3n con profesionalidad y dedicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde CCOO pedimos a la Direcci\u00f3n que analice esta situaci\u00f3n y revise el sistema de retribuci\u00f3n variable: que ajuste los retos a los d\u00edas efectivamente trabajados y que, si la persona cumple, pueda acceder al 100% del incentivo que se ha ganado con el desempe\u00f1o y
