Insistimos, adem\u00e1s, en la necesidad de retribuir el permiso parental, instando a la empresa a adelantarse a una futura obligaci\u00f3n legal, presentando una propuesta propia sin esperar a que la normativa lo imponga.<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer, martes <strong>29 de julio, el Consejo de Ministros y Ministras aprob\u00f3 nuevas medidas relacionadas con los cuidados, la conciliaci\u00f3n y la corresponsabilidad. <\/strong>Aunque desde <strong>CCOO consideramos que siguen siendo insuficientes<\/strong>, os <strong>detallamos a continuaci\u00f3n los cambios m\u00e1s relevantes<\/strong>. Por supuesto, exigiremos a la empresa su <strong>implementaci\u00f3n inmediata<\/strong>, como no puede ser de otra manera.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Las actuales 16 semanas <strong>pasan a ser 17<\/strong> sin car\u00e1cter retroactivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Las 16 semanas pasan a ser 19: 6 obligatorias tras el nacimiento, 11 hasta los 12 meses y 2 adicionales hasta los 8 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Solo las 2 adicionales style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Podr\u00e1 disfrutarse si el hijo\/a es menor de 8 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Se podr\u00e1 solicitar a partir de 1 de enero de 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Para nacidos\/a desde el 2 de agosto de 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Importante: <\/strong><em>no forma parte de las 8 semanas no retribuidas del permiso parental regulado en el art\u00edculo 48 del Estatuto T<\/em>rabajadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Se ampl\u00eda su permiso hasta las 28 semanas: <\/strong>a las 26 semanas ya reconocidas por el Tribunal Constitucional, se suman 2 semanas m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Se duplica el nuevo permiso retribuido,<\/strong> por lo tanto 4 semanas para nacidos\/as desde el 2 de agosto de 2024, hasta que cumpla 8 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por lo tanto: 32 semanas de las que 6 obligatorias  tras el nacimiento + 22 hasta los 12 meses + 4 hasta hasta los 8 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Los datos en CaixaBank son contundentes respecto al permiso parental de 8 semanas no retribuido:<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> En 2024, <strong>187 personas solicitaron el permiso parental<\/strong>, de las cuales un <strong>83,4% fueron mujeres.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Solo en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o, ya lo han solicitado <strong>casi 100 personas<\/strong>, con un <strong>76,6% de mujeres.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos datos evidencian que <strong>la falta de retribuci\u00f3n est\u00e1 provocando una discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de sexo<\/strong> y que <strong>no favorece un uso corresponsable del permiso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-primary-border-color has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-70d3dfd8 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>Seguiremos exigiendo la remuneraci\u00f3n inmediata en todos los \u00e1mbitos sociales y pol\u00edticos en los que CCOO estamos presentes, dentro y fuera de CaixaBank, el de las 8 semanas del permiso parental y, tambi\u00e9n, que se cumpla con la Directiva europea sin utilizar otros permisos como el de nacimiento o lactancia
