Este plus adicional&nbsp;<strong>se cobra una vez al a\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;y siempre dentro del primer trimestre. 12%<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n del importe del CP2012<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la&nbsp;<strong>plantilla que estaba en activo en CaixaBank en abril de 2012<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Complemento CP2012<\/strong>&nbsp;que incorpora su n\u00f3mina&nbsp;<strong>ser\u00e1 actualizado<\/strong>&nbsp;en los siguientes porcentajes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table aligncenter is-style-stripes\"><table><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Nivel<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Porcentaje %<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">I a VII<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">3,50 %<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">VIII a XIV<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">6 %<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><br><strong>Pago \u00fanico adicional variable durante el primer semestre 2024 (Paga ROE art. 42.5 Convenio Colectivo)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En la negociaci\u00f3n de Convenio de Ahorro vigente tambi\u00e9n logramos que dentro de los primeros 6 meses del a\u00f1o 2024 la plantilla cobre en&nbsp;una \u00fanica paga, aplicable sobre los conceptos del Convenio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El equivalente al\u00a0<strong>0,25%,<\/strong>\u00a0siempre y cuando el\u00a0<strong>Beneficio Despu\u00e9s de Impuestos de CaixaBank sea positivo<\/strong>\u00a0o la entidad\u00a0<strong>reparta dividendos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0,25% adicional<\/strong>\u00a0en caso de que el\u00a0<strong>ROE de CaixaBank en 2023 sea mayor o igual a 8<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-768176b3 wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-top:20px;padding-right:20px;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:20px\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><em>Los\u00a0<strong>excelentes resultados de Caixabank conseguidos por la plantilla\u00a0<\/strong>y que se presentaron del 3T2023, y aun a falta de la publicaci\u00f3n de ROE definitivo del 4T2023, hacen prever\u00a0<strong>que se abonar\u00e1 este Pago Adicional.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este pago es proporcional al per\u00edodo trabajado en 2023, no es pensionable y no se incorpora a las tablas salariales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\"><u>Importante:<\/u> este pago \u00daNICO adicional NO estar\u00e1 afectado por la homologaci\u00f3n salarial ni por la adecuaci\u00f3n progresiva, y se calcular\u00e1 sobre todos los conceptos de naturaleza revisable en CaixaBank.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n de oficinas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la n\u00f3mina de enero tendr\u00e1 lugar la adecuaci\u00f3n de la retribuci\u00f3n salarial de cargos (Direcci\u00f3n, Subdirecci\u00f3n y GC II 2\u00ba Responsable) que se han visto afectados por la clasificaci\u00f3n de oficinas. Los efectos son a <strong>1 de enero de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efectos econ\u00f3micos de la clasificaci\u00f3n para los cargos de oficina:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table aligncenter is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\" style=\"border-width:1px\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">CATEGOR\u00cdA<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">EFECTOS<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Asciende pendiente consolidar<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Diferencia salarial de la nueva categor\u00eda en COMPLEMENTO TRANSITORIO CLASIFICACI\u00d3N (CTC).<br>Consolidaci\u00f3n condicionada a que se mantenga la categor\u00eda en la pr\u00f3xima clasificaci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Consolida categor\u00eda<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Se deja de cobrar el CTC y adquieres NIVEL y PLUS FUNCIONAL correspondientes.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">No consolida categor\u00eda<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Dejas de percibir el CTC<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Ascenso categor\u00eda 2 a\u00f1os consecutivos<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">El segundo a\u00f1o la oficina consolida la categor\u00eda anterior. class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Mantienes a t\u00edtulo personal el NIVEL y PLUS FUNCIONAL que ostentabas.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Consolida parcialmente<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Se deja de cobrar el CTC y adquieres el nivel y el plus funcional de la nueva categor\u00eda.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>gastos de gesti\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n<\/strong> se cobrar\u00e1n siempre en la cuant\u00eda correspondiente a la categor\u00eda de la oficina, est\u00e9 o no consolidada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellas personas que tengan un Nivel y\/o Plus Funcional superior, lo mantendr\u00e1n a t\u00edtulo personal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Base M\u00e1xima de Cotizaci\u00f3n en 2024: incremento de un 5%<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan se establece tras la aprobaci\u00f3n del RD Ley 2\/2023, <strong>entre los a\u00f1os 2024 a 2050, el incremento de la Base M\u00e1xima de Cotizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 anual y referenciado al cierre del IPC + aplicaci\u00f3n de diferencial de 1,2%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En 2024, la Base M\u00e1xima de Cotizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 4.720,50\u20ac<\/strong> (en 2023, 4.495,50 \u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 supone un alza de las Bases de Cotizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Si se cotiza m\u00e1s, la Pensi\u00f3n de Jubilaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s cuantiosa,<\/u> <\/strong>siempre y cuando el importe resultante no sea superior a la determinada como Pensi\u00f3n M\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este incremento supondr\u00e1 que la plantilla que est\u00e9 en Base M\u00e1xima, tendr\u00e1 un <strong>impacto reductor en el importe mensual de la n\u00f3mina<\/strong> debido a una mayor cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><em>La <strong>Base de Cotizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la Seguridad Social es la que <strong>determina el importe<\/strong> que deber\u00edamos recibir por determinadas <strong>prestaciones como la pensi\u00f3n por jubilaci\u00f3n, la prestaci\u00f3n por nacimiento y cuidado del menor, las prestaciones por incapacidad,
